Dear EFB Members,
We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 4th EFB NextGen Event, taking place in Brussels on 17–18 November 2026.
Under the theme "Brussels from the Inside. Beyond Succession: The Future of Family Businesses", this unique event will bring together NextGens from family businesses across Europe for two inspiring days of exclusive institutional visits, thought-provoking discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
Among the highlights of the programme is a visit to the European Parliament, hosted by MEP Fernando Navarrete, offering participants a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on the work of the European institutions.
Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from renowned speakers, including Rania Labaki, Full Professor of Management at EDHEC Business School and Director of the EDHEC Family Business Centre, Prof. Stefano Orioli, DBA candidate and Adjunct Professor at IE University, and Filippo Garrone, Corporate Finance Specialist at San Quirico S.p.A., who will share the story of his family business and its entrepreneurial legacy.
To complete the experience, attendees will enjoy an exclusive Belgian chocolate masterclass, where they will discover the craftsmanship behind one of Belgium's most iconic traditions while creating their own chocolates.

The participation fee is €550 (VAT excluded).
As places are limited, we encourage you to register early.
